About Chelsea
After coming across the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2020, Chelsea knew she wanted to begin a career in health by becoming a certified health coach. She then went on to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, where she helps restore women’s health through nutrition and lifestyle resources. Her latest endeavor is becoming certified in Gut Health, where she gets to the root cause of digestive dysfunction through functional stool testing.
About Jordan
Jordan fell into the wellness space through fitness when she became a Solidcore coach in 2019. It was quickly after that she learned there is so much more to health than just exercise and what you eat. She went to the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2021 and continued her learning about holistic health by becoming certified as a Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis practitioner in 2023. Jordan loves helping clients take a look at their whole body wellness to not only heal their body using food as medicine but embrace the power that you have to heal your body and create a lifestyle where you can thrive.
